Toronto v Boston

Just for fun today i decided to compare prices of homes in Canada to homes in the United States.

The wife and i were talking about hockey and the first team she mention was the Boston Bruins.
So off i went to google and typed in Boston Condos.

I was really expecting the prices to be alot higher in Boston.
Well i was very surprised to see that the prices in Boston are actually LOWER then the prices in a major city here in Canada.

I knew Toronto wasnt cheap but i never realized the prices were that high.
For about half a million dollars in Toronto you can get 2 bedroom ,1 bath 1500 square foot condo.
And in Boston you can get a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 2200 square foot brand new condo for the same price.


Which would you chose? lol I know where i would go.
